Payment methods

Currently, you may choose from the following payment methods:

Advance payment
Credit card (VISA, Master incl. 3-D Secure)
PayPal
Instant transfer (Sofortüberweisung)   

For payments via instant transfer, you require your bank details as well as a TAN number.

For advance payments, please transfer the amount and reference the order number to the following account:

artflash will debit the invoice amount directly from your credit card after receiving your order. artflash reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods and to refer back to the remaining payment methods.

The purchase price and shipping costs are to be paid immediately and without deduction following the conclusion of the sales contract.

Should we not receive a payment for your order within 14 days, we reserve the right to sell the artwork elsewhere.

Should the buyer’s payment fall behind schedule, then he or she is obligated to pay the lawful interest on arrears of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate. A dunning fee of €5.00 is charged for dunning letters sent by us to the buyer following the delay of the payment.

Please note:
You will not receive your invoice (in PDF format) automatically, but only following receipt of your payment. It will be sent via email to the address specified upon registering and/or purchasing.
